New format for Intensive Cadillac, Chair & Barrel course

We are now offering the Intensive Cadillac, Chair & Barrel (ICCB) course in modules. This means that you have a choice of taking one, two or all three modules. Maybe you only have access to the Stability Chair in your facility and you have been wanting to learn the repertoire, then this is the way! We have individually priced each module. This is the level 1 course work, so you will be learning the essential and intermediate exercises in these modules. All 3 modules are needed for completion of certification.
Here are the upcoming dates of the ICCB modules

Intensive Barrel (10 hours) $400.00
February 19 & 20

Intensive Chair (15 hours) $550.00
March 19, 20 & 21

Intensive Cadillac (25 hours) $900.00
April 9,10 & 11 and April 23 & 24

Prerequitises are completion of Intensive Mat Plus and Intensive Reformer.
