Stott Pilates CEC Workshop Day on April 17th!

Listed below are the workshops offered on April 17th.
You can receive .6 STOTT PILATES® cecs in one day.

All workshops are open to instructors and enthusiast of Pilates, Yoga, and Fitness. Health Care Professionals and Personal Trainers are all welcomed to registered.

STOTT PILATES® Stability Ball Challenge 11:30am-1:30pm $75
Add increased challenge and movement variety to an intermediate to advanced level workout with the Stability Ball. This workshop features innovative exercises that challenge upper and lower-body strength, core stability, balance and control.
By alternating body parts holding or being supported by the ball, the unstable nature of this tool will stimulate dynamic stabilization and proprioception. Any client will realize the benefits of incorporating this fun and powerful workout.

STOTT PILATES® Group Stability Chair 11:30am-1:30pm $75
Fitness trainers and program directors are recognizing the benefit of group programming featuring Pilates equipment. How does a group Stability Chair workout differ from a one-on-one session? Participants in this workshop will see firsthand the types of exercises included in a group chair class and observe how exercises can be modified for all class participants. You’ll also see how the versatility of the STOTT PILATES Split-Pedal Stability Chair can dramatically increase programming options for every level of participant and address any type of special need. Discover how to keep a group class challenging and fun while still emphasizing positioning and execution.

STOTT PILATES® Jumpboard Interval Training, Level 2 2pm-4pm $75
Learn to challenge and motivate your clients and classes using innovative and simple Jumpboard combinations, separatedwith intervals of upper and lower body strength and flexibility exercises on the Reformer. This ultimate cardio / strength interval class, challenges your clients core, and total body strength, elevates your heart rate, while focusing on proper jumping technique. This new format keeps your clients and classes on the move.

STOTT PILATES® Pilates for Men 2pm-4pm $75
Get down on the Mat for a workout that’s not for the feint-hearted. Welcome to the full-body workout athletes swear by for sports conditioning, cross training and a strong, injury-resistant core. Every last muscle will feel this challenging
routine which uses only body weight, gravity and innovative exercise choices to focus on precision and control.

STOTT PILATES® Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer, Workout 1 4:30pm-6:30pm $75
Learn to take your clients’ game to the next level in this sports conditioning workshop. Improve strength, power and agility through new variations of familiar exercises that challenge unilateral movement, weight transference and core
stability. This workshop has a special focus on the core, arms, legs, shoulders and hips as well as rotation. Learn a format on the Reformer perfect for your sports enthusiast clients and athletes of all levels.

STOTT PILATES® Muscular Strength and Endurance for Teens 4:30pm-6:30pm
